In order for the refrigeration unit to operate whilst the vehicle engine is switched off, it has to be connected to the mains using the extension supplied. The outlet is located at the front of the van body on the driver side.

Connect the lead to an earthed 220V socket. Do not use multi-socket adapters. The refrigeration unit will then operate automatically.

Avoid opening the rear doors for long periods to preserve the cold temperature inside the refrigerated van.

To switch off the refrigeration unit, simply unplug from the power supply. The temperature inside the refrigerated van will gradually increase back up to the ambient temperature.
